Piper Tri-Pacer

This 1/3 scale Piper Tri-Pacer was built in 1993. Believe the plans were Don Smith's. The plane was originally powered with a Quadra 52. However, performance was marginal. Finally put in a G-62 which made it a fairly decent flying machine. Never as graceful as the Cub but it was easy to fly. That said, of course I totalled it on a really stupid takeoff, stall and subsequent one point landing.
